This site tells you who DJ Beak is and takes booking notes. A note includes your name, phone, email if you give one, the date, the town, and whatever you type in the message. That note is used to answer you about the night. It is not sold.

Web3Forms carries the note to the booking inbox. The host may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address and browser, for security and uptime.

To ask for a note to be deleted, email djbeak7@gmail.com or use the book page and say so.

This is a short notice for a booking page. Have a lawyer read it before the site takes payments or anything beyond a date request.
